We had a really great stay here overall. The location is truly the highlight—walkable, convenient, and in such a charming area. It made everything easy, and having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus.The host was also wonderful—very responsive and quick to help whenever needed, which always makes a difference.A few small things we found ourselves wishing for, mostly just to help future guests plan: it would have been helpful to have a dryer to go along with the washer, and a few more kitchen basics on hand—dishwasher pods, a starter set of coffee, and simple seasonings like salt and pepper. An ice maker in the fridge would have been nice as well. The sofa could also use a refresh, both in terms of comfort and cleanliness.None of these were dealbreakers, and the unit worked well for what we needed. I share them more so others can come prepared and enjoy the stay as much as we did!

Property was extremely clean and comfortable. There were lots of shops and restaurants near by so we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but no complaints there!Area was very cute and safe, lots of families. Location was prefect for getting around Tampa and area. The beds could use an upgrade or maybe just box springs and the pillows could be updated. The shower head could also use an upgrade. None of those things would stop me from staying there again though. Excellent value for the place and the owner was so friendly.

Nice place and very comfortable. Can be a little noisy at times with the back street traffic and early morning lawn care workers.
