Summary:
A family orientated 3-bedroomed, 2 bathroomed Georgian style home in the heart of Parkhurst, situated within a close stroll of the 4th Avenue shops and restaurants. Located close to Verity Park.
This home has a solar system to provide back-up power durring loadshedding. The system is also connected to battery back-up for +/- 2 hours when there is no sun. The only item not covered by the backup system is the stove.
This home is also available on longer term leases. Please enquire for pricing.

Parkhurst is a trendy neighbourhood and offers an eclectic mix of boutique shopping including clothing, interior design. antique stores and plenty of eateries and coffee spots including a Starbucks within a short stroll. There are also a number of luxury spas in the area with several in easy walking distance.
