Proximity to different malls and the safety requirements were good.

In the case of outages, no backup power for rooms.

Located within walking distance of The Wanderers Club, where I attended a conference. Digital room access, so no hassle about keys. Secure apartment complex with face recognition for access. Free access to the gym. Well-appointed for self-catering.

It met my expectations. I was very pleasant.

When we were supposed to check in , we couldn’t check in , they had unforeseen consequences , we had to wait 3 hours outside , we had to call them 6times to ask them what’s actually going on , they moved us to one of their other apartments and we also had to wait 3 more hours outside for the concierge to bring the key , he eventually didn’t come and they called us around 21:45 to fetch a spare key at the reception, so they were very unprofessional. Thanks to Amy-Jane who actually managed to help us out and she was very kind , she stayed with us up until we were in our apartment. When we checked out , they asked us for the key after we took the key to the reception, yet they didn’t even tell us whether they got it or not. Busy telling us about the about the next guest they supposed to welcome yet they couldn’t do that to us. So unprofessional.
