Security was friendly and assisted me well with getting in and out of the building during my stay. Gave me all the necessary info that I would need in relation to my stay, if I get deliveries and the like. The owners were really helpful and caring. Housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful - really clean the place out well.

Housekeeping was not as frequent as I would have liked, but I also didn't say anything so no blame placed. Small maintenance issue, but easily resolved. The main thing I really didn't like was how thin the walls were. Being able to hear your neighbours coughing the whole day and night is not ideal. But that was if they were in the bathroom I think, otherwise fine.

The kindness of the staff owner and workers everyone seemed extremely happy to welcome us. We had an early check in cos our plane landed 5am but to our surprise they allowed us check in when we got there by 6am at no extra cost.They even gave us an extra bed at no cost in one of the solo apartments We were offered free tea and donuts every morning on the house and free cleaning on the 2nd day of our staymy group loved it cos we arrived at winter booked quite a no of flats in the building booked last yr this yr and must definitely book again every year.this property is real value for money recommend it anytime!👍

Nothing wat so ever everything was perfect

Quiet, value for money, clean

They were no clear instructions on how to check in. I was at stuck at the packing gate for a long time and had to go ask the security guards if I was at the right place. The security was not paying attention to who comes in. Same thing when I had to go out, I had to look for them to open for me. This was frustrating.

It's a nice place and the wifi is working very well.

The bed is just in an open area if I open the door I can see a person on the bed.
