Fresh twist Just 100 metres away from the Eiffel Tower, the location of Rue de l'Université is certainly second to none. Step out of the lift on the second floor of an elegant Haussmannian building, and you’ll find this charming home waiting to welcome you with open arms. Entering through the hallway, you'll notice a plush sitting room to your right, complete with gleaming parquet floors, an ornamental fireplace at each end (with two sofas and a modish glass-topped dining table between them) and one wall lined with leatherbound books. The sitting room adjoins a sleekly fitted kitchen with an antique table and café-style dining chairs, painted scarlet in a contemporary twist. Just past the dining table, a set of doors open onto a little balcony housing a table and chairs - the perfect spot for sipping a morning coffee. On the other side of the hallway, a passage leads to the second, third and fourth bedrooms. One of these has an ensuite, while the other two share a bathroom, and they’re all painted the same fresh shade of blue. Next, straight ahead of the entrance, there’s the master bedroom. Part panelled, part papered, this room has a classic queen-size bed (flanked by more leatherbound books) and an ensuite bathroom, in which you'll find a decadent walk-in shower.

- There is no wardrobe in the second, third or fourth bedrooms so we will provide hanging rails for storage. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. The bed in the second bedroom has now changed to a double bed that can sleep 2 people. This home accepts babies and children over six years old, but does not accept toddlers. The TV in this home is located on the second bedroom. There is no TV in the living area. This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so let us know if you'd like fans for your stay. This home is on the second floor and there is an elevator. There are 3 bathrooms in this home. Only the ensuite have toilets, not the third bathroom.
