Welcome to your cozy 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor of a welcoming vacation complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow on Usedom.
The lovingly furnished apartment accommodates up to three people and features a bright living area with a cozy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen, including a pizza oven and dining area. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, the shower room, and a furnished balcony invite you to relax, while a private parking space and a storage shed ensure maximum comfort.
The apartment’s location is an absolute dream for explorers and connoisseurs, because after just 800 meters, you’ll already be standing on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. There, you’ll find not only the historic 19th-century salt huts but also the new, architecturally impressive Koserow pier, which enchants visitors with its unique sunset cinema. Another highlight for the whole family is almost right on your doorstep: the popular Karls Adventure Village in Koserow promises plenty of fun, experiences, and regional delicacies. Since all major shopping options and a wide variety of recreational activities are also within easy walking distance, nothing stands in the way of your perfect Usedom vacation.

Your four-legged friend, up to approximately 40 cm in height, is welcome here (maximum 1 dog). We charge a fee of €10.00 per night for your dog’s stay, as well as a one-time fee of €20.00 for final pet cleaning. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.
