The ground floor features a cozy sitting room with an open fire, a guest bathroom, and a master suite with a superking bed and ensuite. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a breakfast bar, dining area, and a bright sunroom for family meals. Just off the kitchen, a utility room leads to a large games room with a professional snooker/pool table, dartboard, board games, TV, Xbox, and even a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Upstairs, you’ll find five bright and airy bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom includes a superking bed and ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms each feature a double/full bed. One bedroom offers two single bed. All have Velux windows welcoming sunlight or views of the stars above the lush forests, farmlands and distant Sliabh Bhui Mountains. The Velux windows can open and close, and each feature blackout blinds to allow undisturbed lazy mornings in bed.
