The home offers 180 m² of bright, open-plan living, with high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The lounge, dining and kitchen flow seamlessly together, creating an easy, relaxed atmosphere for cooking, socialising or unwinding after a day exploring Golden Bay. All three bedrooms are generously sized, and the private outdoor area provides plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine, let the kids play, or simply sit back with a morning coffee.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet, friendly Collingwood neighbourhood just a short stroll from the beach, estuary, local cafés and the village shops. It’s a peaceful area with very little traffic, making it ideal for morning walks, bike rides and easy holiday living. Everything you need is close by, yet the surroundings feel wonderfully relaxed and rural.
