The open-plan kitchen and living area provides a practical central space for cooking, dining and relaxing, with a fireplace for warmth during the cooler months.
The Neighborhood:
Located in peaceful Onekakā, the villa sits between Tākaka and Collingwood, making it a convenient base for exploring both sides of Golden Bay. The popular Mussel Inn is just along the highway, while nearby Onekakā Beach and the surrounding coastline are great for relaxed walks and time by the water. The area is quiet and rural, with plenty of space, native bush and a strong local arts and crafts community.
From the villa, it is an easy drive to some of Golden Bay’s best-known attractions, including Te Waikoropupū Springs, the Pupū Hydro Walkway, Collingwood and the gateway to Farewell Spit. Tākaka is also within easy reach for cafés, shops and galleries, while further afield you can explore Wharariki Beach, Kahurangi National Park and the northern reaches of Abel Tasman National Park.
