About this house rental
Come and stay at our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront house in beautiful Patons Rock. Take in the panoramic views from the bach which stretch from Farewell Spit to Separation Point, there’s just the lawn between you and the beach.

The extensive open plan living area and deck along the front of this classic beachside home offer you a panoramic view from Farewell Spit to Separation Point.
Absolute Beachfront is a simple bach at heart, it is not a show home. We have tried to stay true to the era and feeling of the bach without compromising on comfort and convenience.
Our bach has a smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and a great selection of DVDs, games and books. For those of you who need it there is free unlimited WIFI.
There are three good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, one king with an ensuite bathroom, one queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds.
The king and queen bedrooms have beautiful sea views.
There are two bathrooms which include a shower room, separate toilet and the ensuite.
The large open plan living area and deck allows for entertaining and accommodating family and friends. We have a great selection of books, games and DVDs for those rainy days or quiet evenings.
Good quality outdoor furniture and an upmarket BBQ cater for outdoor entertaining or just relax and watch the world go by.
The polished timber floors in the living area are a lovely feature, along with the log burner fire and bifold doors to the large deck.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for entertaining including good quality china, cutlery, cookware and utensils as well as a Nespresso machine (bring your own coffee pods). There is a microwave, dishwasher and we have recently put in a new F and P oven and induction hob.
This house is beautiful in all seasons with the everchanging vistas. You will always be warm enough with the comfort and ambience of a wood burner or you may prefer the convenience of the heat pump.
We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, dishcloths and tea towels. but please bring your own beach towels. There is tea, coffee, sugar, spices and cooking oil. When they are in season, you can pick oranges and grapefruit straight from our trees.

This is a delightful place to stay & the hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs! You can tell that it is a VRBO that is actually used by the owners because it has everything you need to cook, be comfortable, and enjoy the beach! From comfortable beds, kayaks, and a well stocked kitchen this place is wonderful. We loved that the focus on seating in the house looked out to the beach... there is also a TV with ability to watch/stream programs. Patons Rock is a nice, quiet, and absolutely stunning place to relax and enjoy the serenity of beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach. The location is close to Pupu Springs, several nice hikes (we liked the Hydro walk), Farewell Spit, & Wainui Falls.
