About this house rental
Our silver bach in Ligar Bay is a very comfortable holiday house with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.
Situated opposite Ligar Bay Beach with great views out to sea.
The flat section is fenced for the safety of children and animals.
Located close to Port Tarakohe to launch your boat (900m).
Easy access to fish.
Great all-day sun (8:15am – 8pm in summer, and 8:15am – 5pm in winter).
Check out - you are expected to clean the whole place after yourself checkout time is 11am.
If you require cleaning - a cleaning fee is added which is an extra $165and departure time is 10am.
Linen if required $85
Long stay- 5 nights or more- cleaning fee 215

Perfect place for a family getaway! Couldn’t fault it or the host, communication was excellent and spotlessly clean. If I had to provide one thing that could make it even better it would be that the lights in the living room are an extremely bright white at night ( we stayed in winter) which was a bit blinding and not relaxing , it would have been nice to been able to turn a lamp on instead for some ambient lighting :) 10/10 would stay again. We are local and would love to come back

We had a lovely stay at Ligar Bay. The house has lovely views and was so clean and warm. It was perfectly situated for our day trip to Farewell Spit and all the other beaches up to Collingwood. Would highly recommend!
