This spacious holiday apartment, approximately 110m², is located in a quiet area within the new Hoddersdiek development – outside the holiday park – and can accommodate up to 6 people (7 upon request with pull-out single beds). On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living and dining area, a separate kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and a sunny terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two pull-out single beds each. The large bathroom with sauna, shower, bathtub, and toilet provides extra comfort. Amenities include electric exterior shutters, underfloor heating, and a utility room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is available for €20 per stay. Pets are not allowed. Included in the rental price: free admission to the North Sea Lagoon and the indoor play barn – perfect for families! Note: Please register your bed linen/linen package with Belvilla in advance! Please note that construction workers and tradespeople are not permitted in this accommodation. Business travelers will also not be admitted, even if they have a booking. We kindly ask for your understanding that we only rent to tourists. Burhave is a charming North Sea resort on the Butjadingen peninsula, known for its relaxed atmosphere and proximity to the Wadden Sea. The town offers numerous leisure activities, including the popular North Sea Lagoon beach, cycling and hiking trails, as well as cozy restaurants and cafés. Its central location makes Burhave an excellent base for exploring the surrounding region and the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.
