Buh-01 - Seepark Burhave

Welcome to House 01!

A small hallway leads from the front door to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. From here, you also have direct access to the patio.
The only other room on the first floor is a small, additional bathroom with a toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stovetop with ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The living area features a TV and a stereo system with a CD player.

Our vacation home has six permanent sleeping spots, distributed across three rooms on the first floor and in the attic.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; this room also features a sleeper chair that can be used as a separate sleeping spot.
There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower on the same floor.

The attic features a double bed and a skylight with a blackout blind—ensuring that all guests have their own separate, spacious rooms and do not need to use the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The first floor of the house is tiled (partly with underfloor heating), and the upper floor (except for the bathroom) has light-colored laminate flooring.

The south-facing terrace is perfect for breakfast and barbecues. There’s also plenty of space for games on the lawn next to the house.

For the little ones, we provide a travel crib, high chair, dishes, and a toilet seat, among other items.

Our house is located right next to the swimming pool (approx. 10–15 m) and just 75 m from the sauna house. Use of the swimming pool is included; use of the sauna is subject to a fee.
The laundromat, equipped with several washers and dryers (for a fee), is just 20 m away.

• All-Inclusive Package: One travel crib and one high chair are already included in the booking price per house. This way, you can travel stress-free! Additional baby gear can be booked at a reasonable price—feel free to contact us.

• You can conveniently rent bicycles from our partner, Zweirad-Burhave; you’ll receive a 15% discount on all rental bikes. Ask at the front desk for your coupon code and book your rental bike before you arrive.

• Pets welcome: Many of our vacation homes can be booked with pets, and close to the Seepark, your furry friends will find a fenced-in, spacious dog playground with obstacles, tunnels, and a sand pit.
