Dear Vacationers!


You’ll be staying in a bright corner townhouse with plenty of space to play around the house and a patio with a comfortable, splinter-free surface (Megawood).
Two tables, six chairs, a sun umbrella with UV protection, a grill, and children’s toys are stored in the adjacent shed. Of particular note is an additional lockable extension attached directly to the house with plenty of space for bicycles, strollers, handcarts, etc. An electrical outlet also allows you to charge e-bikes! This way, your entire “fleet” can be stored absolutely safely!

On the first floor, the hallway leads to a cozy living area with comfortable seating. A flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, CDs, and a reading nook are available to guests. A dining table for six people and a well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances are, of course, provided. There is also a bedroom here with two single beds and ample storage space, as well as a half-bath.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—the latter of which has an additional TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor.
To ensure your sleeping comfort, we’ve chosen high-quality box springs and mattresses.
Fly screens are provided for all bedrooms and the kitchen area; the three bedrooms can be darkened with blinds.
For small children, we provide a high chair, travel crib, bath stool, toilet seat, and door gate.
A parking space is located right in front of the house. Admission to the play barn and the swimming pool is included for our vacation guests.
