Walking trails in a safe gated community located adjacent to the Ouachita National Forest! 30 minutes from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row & Oaklawn Racing & Casino. Jim Coleman Crystal Mines for digging or bungie cording across the mines nearby! Magic Springs Waterpark & Lake Balboa for the family. Lake DeSoto across the street for shore fishing pier and DeSoto Beach a couple miles down DeSoto towards East gate, watch for sign on left. Small secluded spot. Midnight Tavern is in walking distance for live music and pool-hall. Just outside the main gate we have Brookeshire‘s grocery store Subway sandwiches, McDonald’s, the Sandtrap sports bar and many others. Walgreens for prescription needs with a post office and a great sushi restaurant in that same center just past the main gate. Walmart and gas stations with Debra’s bakery before the Main Gate on Highway seven. Banks available, Bank OZK, US Bank, Regions, Relyance, Chambers.

This town home was well priced compared to others in the surrounding community. The hosts explained prior to our visit that the reasonable price was due in part that wi-fi coverage is not offered. The unit has new appliances and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good stay.

Sharon was great . She communicated with me. My only downfall was that there was only one TV in the home and that was in the living room area. There wasn’t no TV in the bedroom which was downstairs right along with like a den area. You would have thought a TV would have been in that area. The shower curtain needs to be replaced or washed it was very dirty. Also, the home needed to be dusted. The bed could use an upgrade Other than that my stay was ok.
