The property was ok overall. There are a few things that need taking care of. We couldn't sit on the patio. The area was pretty dirty and there was a tree limb that was broken and hanging over the patio fence. The master bathroom shower head needs adjusting, because water sprays out of the front and back of it. Finally, the view of the lake was a bit misleading, as you had to see it slightly off the front porch. We did have a good time in Hot Springs.

We drove from Arizona to spend 5 days at this location. It was well worth the drive. It is clean, cozy, and private. Everything we needed was there. The owner corresponds rapidly and often when questions are asked. We had our Bernedoodle with us and he felt at home immediately. We would come back often if we lived closer. Loved the quiet morning walks near the lake.

What an experience we had! The amenities available by staying in this location were so amazing (golf course, beaches, trails, etc). Our hosts were so nice and provided not only a wonderful location to stay but friendly hospitable accommodations and suggestions for activities on our stay. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property was nothing like it was shown on the website. It was very small and dark. There were no ceiling lights, and the little lamps they had were dim. When I tried to use the garbage disposal, it wasn’t working, so I put my hand down in there to see if there’s anything in there stopping it and I pulled out a filthy, disgusting rag, and a piece of plastic. So when I turned it on after I cleaned it out, I made an awful racket, so didn’t use it at all. The unit overall is very outdated.

My wife, kids and I really enjoyed our stay for a family getaway this summer. Kayaking on Lake DeSoto was fun, especially for my 9-year-old who enjoyed being able to paddle the kayak we shared together. Very nice kayaks that were easy to handle in the water, although transporting from the house to the lake took a bit of work as I kind of had to do that on my own. The house itself was very nice. Easy check-in process. Comfortable beds and pillows made our stay very restful. Convenient to Hot Springs and other places we went like Balboa Beach, which our kids really liked. The community in which we stayed had a great community pool as well, which didn't cost much at all for us to use. I think if I had 1 main critique about the house itself would be to have more towels available for guests. We washed and dried the few towels we had available a few times during our stay. Thanks for allowing us to use your property!

Wonderful place. Perfectly fit our needs. The home was fantastic. We met some of the neighbors. Wonderful people! Beautiful wooded area. At the last minute my sister and her husband were able to join our vacation. Requested the change with the property owner. Owner responded right away and they were able to accommodate the change. Property owners were very attentive and responsive. Really appreciate the support!

We were in town for a Celebration Of Life service for my mother. It was fairly last minute. The home allowed myself and my four children, ages 14 to 24 to relax, decompress, and be comfortable in our own space with our family close enough that we could easily come together for meals, visits, and the service for my mother, The home was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, and very serene. Highly recommended!

A gem. Have already made my reservation for a return visit in the near future. I enjoyed Golfing and the wife enjoyed a day trip to Hot Springs for a little shopping. The Host of this property provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. Ease of Access to the Property from the West Gate and also enjoyed a fantastic Dinner at the Desoto Club. An annual stay will definitely be incorporated in my future travel plans. You can not go wrong with a stay at this Property.

We visited the area for a Girls Trip to hit the local Jeep off road trails. The property was only a 15 minute to the trails and to Hot Springs Historic Bathhouse Row. It was so peaceful and relaxing after being out all day. The owners have stocked the place with everything you could possibly need. We had the best time and will be back!

This was my first time to the Hot Springs Village to visit family. The property location allows for easy access to activities in the village and it’s a short drive to Hot Springs as well. The property is well kept and comfortable. The roads are nice for walking in the morning and neighbors are friendly. We will definitely look to renting again when we are back in town.

Wonderful property. Clean, attractive, comfortable. Peaceful and beautiful location. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved having coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise reflect off the lake and listening to the birds. Hope to stay there again soon!

The location of this property is wonderful, it is so quiet you can hear geese on the lake, frogs, and no street noises. At night you can see the stars. West side of HSV, but easy enough to run to state parks. The house is roomy, comfortable. I loved the back porch and enjoyed eating dinner outside. The owners have little niceties that make the stay even better, and these are the nice things you might forget. I cooked a couple times and there was plenty of things to use. The owners are quick to respond if you have questions.
