About this apartment rental

Beautiful home/apartment in Boulder! Unit B is adjacent to unit C, which is a group of 4 very nice girls, and below, unit C is also a group of 4 girls! Such a fun and respectful house. All appliances work, new hardwood floors, balcony, wrap-around front porch, fireplace, natural lighting, and all front doors lock! Close walking distance to campus, Pearl Street, The Hill + doesn't get too loud on weekends.
Unit B currently has no tenants for Spring, so shared spaces may not need to be shared!
