About this apartment rental
Cute and comfortable studio apartment in central Boulder close to bike and bus routes, restaurants, shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Ground floor unit with private access via secluded patio.
The condo has been owned and loved by my family since 2007 and is a very special place for us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
The space
Primary bed is a queen size Murphy bed. There is also a sleeper sofa. Note that the unit is a studio, and as such, the bedroom area is not private from the living room.
The unit has a private secluded patio that is wonderful for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail.
Lots of storage inside. Private laundry in unit.
The included internet is a 600mbs plan through xfinity and the modem and Wifi router is new as of February 2022
Guest access
The entire unit will be privately accessible to the renter.
Pool, hot tub, and workout room are common areas shared. Pool and hot tub are open seasonally
Parking in lot outside of patio entrance
Other things to note
Pets are not allowed according to HOA rules. Per City of Boulder ordinance, maximum occupancy limited to 4 persons.

We thought the apartment was great last year and came back again. It did not disappoint! It was clean, had plenty of room and came with a well-equipped kitchen and a washer & drier. Everywhere in Boulder was within an easy drive, and we liked the back patio that made a secure spot to keep our bicycles. The owner communicates well and answers questions very promptly. Altogether most highly recommended.

We stayed for a week to celebrate a Buff's graduation. The location was central to everything. Took 10 mins or less to get to most places. The space is well stocked, from towels, blankets, and pillows, to dishes, appliances, and storage. The managing owner of the space was prompt with correspondence when questions or needs came up. This was a sweet stay! Would book again!

Two of us stayed for seven weeks. It was great!
The condo comes with everything you need for day to day living (dishes/cutlery/cookware, bathroom and cleaning supplies, many towels). Supermarkets are a few minutes drive away. There's no TV so we brought our own. Wi-fi was faultless. The washer/dryer is very convenient and there is a lot of storage space for clothes. The covered back patio is good for enjoying fresh air and parking bicycles, and there was always a car park spot free right there.
The neighborhood is quiet and the shared pool/hot tub is a nice bonus.
The unit is clean, it was easy to move in, and the owner is very responsive to queries. We'd be delighted to stay again.
