About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 3 bed/ 2 bath condo in Gunbarrel,Colorado with assigned parking space. Close to several lakes,trail,dog park with great access to boulder downtown with bus stop right next to the building. strip mall within 5 min of walk to grocery store and some of the great restaurant in town.There are several brewery within walking distance.

My space is close to several lakes,trails and close to downtown boulder and Longmont. Several breweries in walking distance.
Guest access
Get access to club house that includes indoor hot tub,swimming pool,pool table,table tennis and gym.
Guest interaction
I am available to assist my guests at all times.

It is close to king snoopers,strip mall with several restaurant,breweries,lakes trails and many outdoor activities.
Getting around
Bus stop is right next to the building with bus running every 15 minuets interval.

Be considerate of next door and downstairs neighbor and enjoy your stay.

I really enjoyed staying here, it was a short drive to everything in Boulder. The place is beautifully remodeled and was very comfy.
The only problem we had was the heat, the Central AC was out so we had to use the swamp coolers and window fans to keep us cool. My wife and I had a difficult time falling asleep. Other than that I really loved the place.
