This is a spacious, comfortable place in a great location. We stayed for a month. We would definitely recommend it to others. Our communication with our host was a little rocky in the beginning, but got much better as time went on. He was willing to have a few things we needed delivered to the house. And when something needed fixing, he came right away. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in, and had most everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason we wouldn't give 5 stars is that when guests were staying in the upstairs apartment, their footsteps could get quite loud. Some had kids running and jumping. Some dragged suitcases across the floor. Sometimes people were stomping around quite late at night.

This Boulder VRBO was an absolute gem! It offered the perfect balance: incredibly close to Pearl Street for all the action, but just far enough back to avoid the usual congestion. We loved being able to easily walk across the street to a fantastic array of shops, including a delicious bagel shop, a cozy bread and soup spot, a convenient wine store, a lively Mexican restaurant, a handy pharmacy, and a beloved local grocery store.The hosts were delightful to work with – very communicative and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!
