Surrounded by beautiful period homes, the cottage offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury, all within walking distance of the Cherry Mansion, Tennessee Street Park, Main Street, and beloved local events such as Christmas on Main and music festivals.
Take a short stroll to view the Christmas lights at Tennessee Street Park or enjoy the newly installed carousel. Spend the day exploring Pickwick Lake and Shiloh National Military Park, or simply relax and unwind inside, the ideal base for both adventure and rejuvenation.
Inside, the home features a newly renovated bathroom with high-end finishes, a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, Nespresso, and nugget icemaker, and even a sofa bed with complete bedding for flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom and bunk room each include a TV, with a large TV in the living room for cozy movie nights.
