Idyllically and peacefully situated in the heart of the historic seaside resort of Zempin, this home captivates with its unique location: Its proximity to the Achterwasser promises picturesque surroundings and breathtaking sunsets, while the Baltic Sea beach is just over a kilometer away on foot. The spacious apartment, with 95 m² of living space, is located on the upper floor of a charming half-timbered house and offers a high degree of privacy thanks to a separate entrance via an outdoor wooden staircase. The entire apartment exudes an immediate sense of comfort, created by exposed half-timbered beams, a tasteful, clean design aesthetic, and warm décor that underscores the character of the house and invites you to relax.
The heart of the apartment is the cozy kitchen-diner, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere during the cooler months thanks to a built-in wood-burning stove—a rare and much-appreciated highlight. The small but state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, and opens directly into the living area. Here you’ll find a comfortable dining table for shared meals and a cozy living area with an inviting seating nook and a flat-screen TV that offers streaming options such as Amazon Prime and Netflix (with your own account). For younger guests, there is a separate children’s room on the first floor with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a closet. A charming wooden staircase leads to the attic, where the spacious master bedroom is located.
The master bedroom on the upper floor is an oasis of tranquility, furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional single bed for a child up to 10 years old, as well as another flat-screen TV. A special luxury awaits you in the spacious, modern bathroom with a window that lets in natural light: Here you’ll find both a relaxing corner bathtub and a walk-in shower, as well as a towel warmer. To ensure a stress-free start to your vacation, the beds are already made and plenty of towels are provided.
The amenities also extend to the outdoor area: In the large, lovingly designed garden, you’ll find lounge chairs, cozy seating areas for relaxing, and playground equipment for the little ones. A private parking space and free Wi-Fi are, of course, included. As a special service for modern mobility, an 11-kW charging station (for a fee) for electric vehicles, as well as an e-bike charging station and bike racks, are available.
The communal sauna on the property is available for a fee and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. You must register in advance to use the sauna so we can provide instructions. You will receive further information upon arrival/key handover.
