About this apartment rental

Enjoy a unique stay in the middle of Atlanta. This tiny home is located on an urban farm. The space is simple and comfortable, with a full bathroom, loft, Tempurpedic mattress, dining table, cooktop, TV and internet. There is a full closet for hanging clothes and several shelves. On the farm, you will find rows and rows of beautiful wildflowers.
Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops & zoo.

We're right in the middle of the city, a short distance from many attractions. But when you set foot on the farm, you'll feel like your miles away.
The tiny house sits behind a concrete block facade that remains from an old house. The space in front of the house may look empty, but it has been used by the farmers for seed starts. In the future, we will be converting the space to a patio with seating and ping pong.
The water heater is small - pretend you’re glamping! You can get about a 5 minute shower or a good excuse for skipping it altogether.

You may wander the farm, but please stay off the beds and be mindful that these guys work really hard!
The farm is pretty quiet January and part of February.

I live a short distance away and am often around tending to things. I'm happy to meet guests, but respect anyone wanting privacy.

The Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta was one of the city’s oldest African-American communities and was once a flourishing retail district with a diverse community. Famous entertainers and influential city leaders like former heavyweight champion boxer Evander Holyfield, singer Gladys Knight, and business mogul and philanthropist Herman Russell called Summerhill home.
It's worth taking a walk down Georgia Ave just to see all the murals, but the food options are also enticing! Check out Little Tart Bakeshop, Big Softie, Halfway Crooks Brewery, Hero Donuts, Little Bear, Hot Dog Pete's, Wood's Chapel BBQ, Junior's Pizza and Talat Market. We're only a few blocks to Grant Park, Beltline Trail, 2 miles to Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, CNN, world of Coke, and Georgia Aquarium.

Uber and Lyft readily available. Most things in Atlanta are a short distance from here

There is also a vintage Airstream on the property and is also rented out on Airbnb.
This is a tiny house; along with a tiny house comes a tiny water heater. We have turned up the temperature, but please plan on short showers.
