About this house rental
Come and feel right at home in a 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths Victorian house. It is so relaxing and serene that you want to come back time and time again. Surrounded by the old and new with the original heart pine floors and decorative fireplaces along with ceiling fans, it has the state of the art appliances, central air, heating and Wi-Fi. Relax in our outdoor sitting area with a private spacious back yard which includes parking. Since it is located in Grant Park, you have easy access to the park, restaurants, The Atlanta Zoo, Marta bus, train system and many other major city attractions. The home was designed and furnished with your comfort in mind, so when you leave, please make sure you leave it in the same condition it was when you arrived.
The parking area is a private lot shared with the tenant living in the lower apartment. Both units have separate entries. So there's no need to worry about sharing living space.

No House Parties
NO CLEANING FEES INCLUDED:
Guests will be expected to do a general cleaning behind themselves since we do not charge a cleaning fee. Here's a list of things to do:
*Remove all used linens (not the mattress pad covers) and towels. Place them all in the provided laundry bags and leave in the kitchen.
*Remove all used trash bags, including from the restrooms and kitchen and take out to dumpster.
*Wash all dishes
*Remove any food from the fridge that can no longer be used.
*Please turn off all lights and A/C or heat,
However, if you'd rather not be responsible for any cleaning, you can pay a small cleaning fee.
Lastly and most importantly, consider our home your home away from home. Enjoy yourself and the city of Atlanta!

Stayed at William’s property while in town for a musical festival with a group of 3. This is a great property when you want to be close to downtown, have some room to spread out, and not pay an arm and leg for a hotel or premium residence . Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. Very clean property, everything we needed. William is a great host. He’s got great communication and we had zero issues with our stay. We will be back!

We had a wonderful short stay is this classic house , which was so spacious and well appointed . Surrounded by nature it’s a a stones throw from beautiful Grant Park and Atlanta zoo, I would highly recommend staying here . Communication from William was great and everything was perfect! Thank you.
