1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property.
2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.
3. 3 parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.
4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
Additional Rules from Host/Homeowner
5. No loud noise after 10 pm
6. No food or drinks in bedrooms
7. No parties or events are allowed
8. No smoking inside the house, on the patio, or deck.
9. NO PETS allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied plus the cost of repairs of damages and cleaning.
10. Parking spaces are available in front of this property. Do not park on the driveway, lawns, or in a manner that brocks the sidewalks, alleys, or mailbox.
11. No additional overnight guests without our approval
12. Clean after yourselves, especially in the common areas (e.g Kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining area, etc )
13. Additional replenishment of toiletries and cleaning products (eg Toilet tissue, paper towel, detergent, etc) is the guests' responsibility. Whenever guests check out at the end of their stay, the cleaning team will clean and replenish toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
14. Please put all dirty linens, towels, and pillowcases on the floor of the room before checking out

I loved the house. The location was EXCELLENT. I had a great birthday at this location. Also the house was very clean and well maintained. I will be recommending this location to my friends.

The place looks newly renovated so it was very nice and clean and updated as far as the house goes. The adjustable beds were luxurious, however, there were no dressers in any bed rooms so we all lived out our luggage bc each closet had 3 hangers for all our clothes. Also, there were no side table lamps at all or any tvs in any of the rooms except the living room. That room was huge but had one L shaped love seat that fit 2 people comfortably so we took turns sitting on the floor. The kitchen didnt have a can opener or pizza pan or pizza cutter so i had to go to walmart and buy them. This place would be top teir if the kitchen was stocked with regular kitchen items and the house was furnished better. Just a table and some chairs outside on the patio would have been nice. Rug by the back door and sink would help. Hanging up the artwork would also make the living room look better. Overall, it was ok but with work, this place could be 5 stars, easy! Its all about the little things.
