About this house rental
This charming country-style villa boasts a beautiful location in a quiet
courtyard complex, just 700 meters from the natural beach. The 205 m² of living space is
spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor
is the spacious living/dining area with a fireplace lounge and access to the
south-facing terrace with a large garden. Here you can enjoy the sun or whip up a
few treats on the gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped
with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Among other things, the kitchen features a 5-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a side-by-side refrigerator, a
microwave, and plenty of dishes. Upstairs, you’ll find a
bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a fireplace, a smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. In addition, the upper floor features the master bedroom, from which you can access one of the two balconies. From the master bedroom, you can access the walk-in closet with a sleeper sofa and the master bathroom. Here, you’ll experience the impressive effect of the corner whirlpool tub, two column-style vanities,
crystal mirrors, a large shower, and the marble floor, all crafted with
artistic skill. A quick staircase leads to the fully
finished attic (which can only be used in the summer), where, in addition to
a toilet with a sink, there are 2 additional bedrooms with double beds
available. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and playing and
offers plenty of space for the whole family. A barrel sauna rounds out the
amenities. Location description: Bojendorf is a small farming village with approximately
200 local residents. This quaint little village is located in the western part of
the island of Fehmarn and is about 700 meters from the Wallnau natural swimming beach, where
the bird sanctuary is also located. Here, you can easily explore the countryside on foot or by bike and admire the most beautiful sunsets. The natural swimming beach is a paradise for kiteboarders and windsurfers, and
swimmers will also find plenty to enjoy here. The nearby Walnau campground
offers: - shopping - various sports activities, horseback riding for children,
massages & a sauna, as well as an alpaca farm - Restaurant The nearest town, Petersdorf, located about 3 km away, offers additional shopping options, restaurants, and a doctor.
