Bright and beautiful, this first floor, 3 bedroom unit in the north end of Ocean City is only about a block from the boardwalk and the beach. Great for families with and without children, the rental features seasonal decor, complete with cozy finishes and a working gas fireplace, making it the perfect fall or holiday getaway! Enjoy the peace and beauty of the shore in the off-season and explore the many activities that the city of Ocean City, NJ has to offer during this wonderful time of year!
Spend your days strolling on the beach or boardwalk, shopping at the nearby shopping district on Asbury Avenue (festively decorated for the holidays!), riding bikes on the straight, flat roads or boardwalk, or just cozying up to binge your favorite shows or movies on the large-screen TV. The unit offers high-speed wifi for those looking for a getaway for remote work. For nightlife, Atlantic City is only 11 miles away.
Ocean City and nearby towns offer many options for dining, but if you choose to eat at home, the kitchen has all major appliances, including gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware, toaster, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot. The center island has counter seating for 2 and the dining table seats 6.
The master bedroom features a Queen bed and flat screen Roku TV with cable, walk-in closet and a private bathroom with sink and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a double bed and flat screen Roku TV with cable. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat screen Roku TV with cable. All bedrooms include dressers for storage, nightstand(s) and ample closet space. Additional blankets and pillows are also provided for our guests.
The large covered front deck is elevated above the street, offering privacy and comfortable seating for 5 and a coffee table. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
The property has central air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and the living room. An enclosed outdoor shower with convenient wash-up hose are located on the side of the house, allowing for easy clean up after a day at the beach.
A pathway around the back of the house provides access to the back yard, where you’ll find a dining table and seating for 4, as well as a gas grill. There is garage and driveway parking that will accommodate two cars, and ample street parking (as available) in the front of the house (no meters).
This home is close to activities, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing.
We ask that you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room as well as bath towels.
