Welcome to Beachfront Paradise, a luxurious and serene coastal escape nestled within the exclusive Balé Resort complex at Salt Beach in Kingscliff. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this stunning second level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the ideal blend of resort style living and tropical elegance.
Start your day with a coffee or unwind at sunset on the spacious wrap around balcony overlooking the Salt Surf Club with picturesque park & mountain views, the perfect spot to soak up the fresh sea breeze and watch the world go by.
Inside you will find two beautifully styled bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat featuring a plush king-sized bed, high quality linens, a private ensuite, and direct balcony access with calming park views. The second bedroom offers a king/king split bed and warm, inviting décor ideal for guests or family. A special feature of the 2nd bedroom is its private north facing balcony overlooking tropical gardens and the sparkling inground pool. A great place to sit & enjoy the sunshine.
Both modern bathrooms are finished to perfection, featuring premium fittings, generous space, and contemporary style. The ensuite includes a double vanity and walk in shower, while the main bathroom offers a large shower and ample storage.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances, a gas cooktop, stone benchtops and a breakfast bar perfect for cooking, dining, or casual entertaining. The open plan living area is filled with natural light and features plush lounges, a Smart TV with Chromecast, and tasteful coastal inspired finishes, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the coast.
Enjoy all the comforts of home which includes a study with sofa bed, air conditioning, a full laundry, secure parking, and resort amenities, which include access to the adjacent Peppers Resort facilities. Gold Coast International & Domestic Airport is within a 15-minute drive north and Byron Bay only 30-40 minutes south and you are surrounded by the beautiful Northern NSW Hinterland.
Important Notice:
The Bale Owners Corporation is currently undertaking essential building maintenance and improvement works throughout the complex, including the replacement of hot water pipes throughout the building and upgrades to the hot water system.
During this period, guests may experience general construction noise during daytime hours and temporary interruptions to the hot water supply while the works are being completed.
In addition, roof replacement works have been approved and will commence once scheduled. Scaffolding will be installed around parts of the building during these works and may temporarily obstruct some unit views.
These works are managed by the Owners Corporation and are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these important improvements are being completed.
