Lots of construction at surrounding food facilities so only 1 option for breakfast at opposite resort
Had to queue for 10 mins at reception to org bike hire as it was check in time

Great location, beautiful place. Had troubles by night and a really nice gentleman was very helpful and nice, amazing staff.
Tv didn’t work in room.

Nice location. Room was nice.
Very big, long way between areas and it was raining so often got wet going from room to reception.

The location & undercover access to restaurants & pub
On check in i waited ages while a staff member.ber just ignored me & continued on with what she was doing
The room 6317 definitely needs maintenance, stained carpet & bedspread, torn ragged carpet at biofold door.
Since Accor took over service has deteriorated
