Beautiful property, stunning views over the pool, very nice modern room, comfy bed, sun on the balcony, staff were friendly @ holiday management company & good at replying on email.
Sadly there was early morning building work, & I hadn’t realised when I booked that the property keys are in another location so make sure to factor in a short taxi ride to pick them up (my fault for not reading all the emails). This is probably the same everywhere but the fire doors are super loud when your neighbour goes in/out so bring earplugs if your a light sleeper :)

Modern clean and large.
Some building works out front so a skip bin was right outside our front window with workers. But not noisy.

Location to nearby Tweed Hospital
The room was dusty with visible fingerprints on furniture and the tv screen.
The undercover car park was full of birds so each morning my car was covered in bird crap!
Noisy with foot traffic and doors slamming.
