Clean and close to the beach

Location
Restaurants and bar closed early on public holiday.
Very noisy neighbours partying all night.
Lighting in room should be warmer - not with cool coloured bulbs.
Missing remote control for TV.

Loved the pool area, the rooms and location
The bar needs to provide more options. The spot has so much potential but definitely lacks vibes. Opening and closing hours could be better and more service around the pool would be ideal.

Location proximity to beach, restaurants and shops.
Room was dated, worn carpet and not very clean. When I tried to call reception I had to keep ringing before they answered half an hour later. They said they would ring house keeping to send towels and again 45 minutes later they didn’t come so I had to go to reception and they gave me some. Very poor service for a 5 star resort.
