For fishing and canoeing/kayaking enthusiasts, the Aude River is just a few minutes’ walk from the cottage. On-site, Les Oliviers features a beautiful private, covered terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue so you can fully enjoy your meals outdoors under the southern sun. A large private outdoor area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities or simply relaxing on a lounge chair. Parking is private, secure, and covered within the property. The two-story vacation rental features an entryway that opens onto a large, bright living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas, a TV, and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped semi-open kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine. One bedroom with a 140-size bed, a second bedroom with two 90-size beds that can be pushed together; all bedrooms are equipped with large closets.
