Caroline and Jean-Michel offer this gîte renovated in 2013 for rent for the week.
Located in the Aude, and more precisely in its southern part called the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, this cottage is ideally placed to discover the charm of the hinterland on foot, by bike or by car.
Located in a multifaceted region, you will change the landscape as you come and go.
You can escape further afield (1 hour 30 minutes by car), whether by the sea, in the mountains, in Spain, or in Andorra, for a day.
Finally, and without forgetting that you are on holiday, you can stroll and rest while enjoying the courtyard at the back of the cottage.
The cottage can accommodate from 1 to 4 people and its classification is 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation.
Kitchen, Living room and two bedrooms make up this house located in a village with all amenities.
A terrace and a more intimate courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs enhance the whole.
A carport allows the vehicle to be parked on the plot and in the shade.
If you don't want to take up too much space, it is possible to rent sheets, towels or household linen. It is also possible to do the end-of-stay cleaning for you for €40.

We loved the GIte!
On arrival Jean-Michel was waiting to greet us with his daughter. They showed us around the apartment and also how to use the appliances. He contacted us twice more during our stay to ensure we were happy. He was attentive without being intrusive. The property was immaculate, the rooms and beds were surprisingly comfortable, spotless, and of high standard as were the rest of the facilities. If I was asked, I would have no hesitation in recommending the property for anyone’s vacation. The area is a good base to explore the mountains, and the locality is well known as having a very good Sunday market and some good restaurants.
