About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 85 m² house in Campagne-sur-Aude to rent for up to 5 people. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, 1 sofa bed, dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, gas hob, fan and reversible air conditioning.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 100 m² and two terraces of 10m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Campagne-sur-Aude, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
