We had a long weekend stay with family. There was 12 of us (adults & kids). The house had plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the beach and downtown shops. Jaqua Realtors were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. We would love to stay again next year!

The home is new and very well maintained. The bedrooms are very generous size-wise, especially the master bedroom. In fact, it's so big it almost makes you wonder why they didn't make it smaller and try to fit another full bathroom upstairs instead. The home also is very well-equipped for guests – one of the best we've ever seen in terms of kitchen/cooking items and toys and other accessories for children. The exterior photo of the home is very misleading, however; since the photo was taken, a house was built next door. So what appears to be a nice-sized side yard for kids to play on doesn't exist, which was disappointing. The only "green space" in the yard is directly in front of the front porch, as the backyard is completely taken up by woods and a large deck. So don't plan on playing yard games with your kids. But overall, there was plenty of space inside for our party of four adults, an infant and two young children, with a large living room that's adjacent to a medium-size kitchen. The home also is only three blocks from South Haven's beautiful South Beach and an easy 10- or 15-minute walk to the downtown shopping district, full of restaurants and shops. The bottom line: This is a really nice place to stay, even if there's virtually no yard.
