BRING YOUR OWN KEY AND PADLOCK TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND AND SAVED YOURSELF FROM WORRIES BECAUSE WE GOT LOCK FROM INSIDE WHEN THE WIND BLOWED HARD I DID NOT WORRY WE PRAYED THEN THE HELPER MAN AND THE CARETAKER PARENT OF THE OWNER HELPED US WITH A FRIENDLY NEIGHBOR THROUGH THE INSIDE THE MAN PUSHED THE DOOR SO I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL FOR A LOCKSMITH AND THEM… MY HUSBAND SMILED AFTER THE INCIDENT.MAIN ADVICE BRING A BIBLE AND PRAY ALWAYS. BALAY DEGAY IS EXCELLENT EXCEPT FOR LOCATION FAR FROM THE MAIN ROAD ASIDE FROM THE FOLLOWING ABOVE MENTIONED, 5 STAR. WE HOPE WE CAN COMEBACK. TRUEHELPSOTRUE:9

The time-being we were new to the place we always got lost because the place is located in a safe but far from the main road. The best trademark to tell the Grab drivers is the public tranportation waiting shed near Saldean Sari-Sari Store across an alley/eskinita where there is a Yellowbell flower tree. I just needed to tell the driver how to get there all the time. Aside from that we were alright, because it is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Second, I did not like the caretaker who visit us late at night. My husband is a foreigner American he got scared and I got scared we went to hide in the bedroom because she was knocking the door at 9:00 P.M. , we thought there was Aswang… Third, when we left the house after few days a man went inside the house just looking staring at the table terrace after we talked to the same lady whom she told us when she introduced herself as the sister-in-law of the property manager Gina. We were thankful because we asked the property manager to give us another person to take care of us even to address our concerns and needs while we were there, the property manager gave us mommy Lourdes as our true helper although the other woman and the other guy is accommodating I did not like that they just suddenly showed-up and talked to us as that looked normal to them if you are not observative you would feel different. We were able to stay in the Balay DEGAY she provided proper help and information and even clean the surroundings for us that I always clean the terrace and the house to maintain she would not help because she is old. My husband also did the same thing. Water shortage in Baguio is common so you have to ask anywhere you go not only in Balay DEGAY when is the shut down schedule so you have water and you do not get surprises. There is a sari-sari store near the transient house you can buy from them the water if you need to or ask the property manager for help. They will give you water if you need. TRUE HELP. God bless.
