We like the local community vibes, the streets are quiet and safe, proximity to Camp John Hay, and lastly our host, Rod is a great help all throughout.
On our third night, it rained heavily, and rainwater entered our room through the gap beneath the door. We woke up with a flooded floor under the bed. A canopy or lona over the terrace could have prevented it. Luckily our bags is not on the floor when this happened. There is a faint musty smell inside but manageable.
Some tips: at least provide two chairs. The room we stayed at has only one. And perhaps a tiny coffee table that could fit on the corner of the terrace.

It is adjacent lang sa camp john hay, very convenient. Accessible ng grab/taxi.

Clean
Roaches but the main problem was the blanket not being clean. Staff just took it from other room and the smell clearly used and unpleasant smell
