It is very accessible to everything and within walking distance to popular spots, especially since it is just in front of Burnham Park and near the Night Market, Good Taste, and other attractions. Definitely worth staying at and great value for money.

Great location and the apartment felt very welcoming. It’s walking distance to everything you need. There is a convenience store, laundromat, and restaurant just below the building. The place is clean and safe. The unit has an equipped kitchen to cook or warm simple meals. Our bed was also very comfortable!
Was a little noisy due to being right on the main road but that didn’t really bother us too much. The water heater in the shower could have been a bit hotter and the bidet was leaking but the owner sent someone to inspect immediately.

very accessible, makakatipid ka dahil may mga convenience store lang sa baba..comfrtable po kami.
you can hear noices outside since sanay ako matulog na walang maririnig, but it was okay kc mga kasama ko okay naman sila..
