Great location. In the heart of the city.
Some furnitures and amenities needs upgrading like the sofa and towels otherwise comfortable but we only stayed for 1 night.

No one from the property replied to our request for early check in. But when we arrived at the place, I was told that I have to 500 per hr but the staff said that it was not possible as the room is still not available. Look, we were 5 members with 3 Seniors and yet there was no option for us to stay early as we travelled to Baguio to visit a family member who is in the ICU. All of us was tired and had a bad experience.
Also pls check your property personnel. They did not even have a decency to inform us that early check in was available even if we are willing to pay.
