Great location. Modern unit. Will definetly book the unit again.

There was no breakfast provided as this is a self-catering unit. However, the location was absolutely incredible. The property is beachfront, just a stone’s throw away from the beach, and the view was truly spectacular.

Our key collection experience was easy and straightforward. However, upon arrival at the property we discovered that the gate tag attached to the keys did not work. We attempted to contact the emergency after-hours number as well as the agent responsible for the property, but unfortunately we were unable to reach anyone. We stood by the gate for some time with no guidance on what to do. Eventually, we had to drive back to the filling station where we had collected the keys. The staff there kindly assisted by calling the agent, who answered almost immediately. This was surprising as we had attempted several calls ourselves and had also sent WhatsApp messages without receiving a response. A representative was then sent to bring us the correct gate tag, as the one attached to the keys was not the right one. This incident occurred on a Friday evening, and we only received a response from the agent on Tuesday the following week. While we appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of response at the time of arrival was quite frustrating. We hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests.
