I like nothing. I left because the two staff ladies were so rude and inconsiderate.
The Pakistan girl ( managers and her friend) who take care of the hostel and seem to live in the room permanently has no respect at all for guests. At 10 o’clock all the light were off for us to sleep. She came in many times, leave the door wide open and put lights on. Etc. Also talking loud in the middle of the room at 10:30. At almost 11 o’clock she was almost screaming in the room with her friend talking as loud as she could. No respect. I asked her if we could sleep a bit. She said sorry. And she and her friend did the same thing the next day. Unbelievable. They don’t understand the first time. That hostel is their hostel and those two ladies can’t care less about guests. You must be a very disconnect person if you are talking with your friend as loud as you could at 11 o’clock, putting the lights on and walking and talking with other guests like nobody in the room trying to sleep. Her friend who lives there with her is as worst as her if not worst then her. It was so crowded that we can’t breathe. In a small room with 3 bunk bed they add two little bed for her and her loud friend who never stop talking loud on the phone, watching loud video and talking sooo loud on the phone all day long and talking to each others non stop. I was so stress. We can’t relax at all with those two inconsiderate persons.
No rest because of the manager and her friend. We were 8 people in that crowded room. In the other room they were six. 14 people for one bathroom. Just disgusting. No chairs or table in the kitchen. No living room. You have to eat in your bed. No place to go except your bed. Disgusting. They don’t even have drinking water and toilet paper. My bed and pillow was hard as rock. I couldn’t sleep. Guests also listen to loud video, speak loud on the phone all day and late at night including the two permanent lady who lived there at the back of our room on two folding beds. No quiet time. A real nightmare. We can’t have one quiet moment.

It’s in the prime location
The property was clean and neat, but the experience overall was disappointing. During booking, we were told it was for 6 people, but after reaching, the number was extended to 8, and there was not enough space to accommodate everyone properly. Because of this, the stay was uncomfortable.

The biggest advantage is the location. BurJuman Metro is very close, which made getting around Dubai easy. The hostel was easy to find, and the common areas were generally tidy. For a shared hostel, the price was reasonable, and basic amenities were available.
The dorm felt crowded at times, and there wasn’t much personal space.
9.0 / 10.0
The hostel is in a convenient area of Bur Dubai, close to public transport and local shops. Check-in was straightforward, and the common areas were generally clean. It was easy to meet other travelers, which is a plus for a hostel stay.
The dorm room was quite crowded, and storage space was limited. There was some noise in the hallway late at night, which made sleeping difficult. The bathrooms were usable but could be cleaned more frequently. Overall, it was fine for a short, budget stay, but it felt very basic.

The hostel was quite clean and the price at which I have got it was a bargain. This is the 3rd time, I have booked this hostel. Ergana is a great host making sure. Plus it is very near to Burjaman Metro station.
They should impose quite rule strictly at night.

The rates were low and the property was walkable from the metro. The host was friendly and was professional.
One bathroom with both bath and toilet for 12 people. No living room to relax. I don't understand why there is this greediness to earn more and more money. Per person, the cost was 75 AED per night, and so these people get 900 AED per night, but still put us in a 2 BHK with only one bathroom. A good hotel with privacy would probably just cost 500 AED per night, but inclusive of all amenities.

Very near to the metro station. Just 2 mins. Clean rooms and hostel. I got a great deal while booking it and it is one of the best location as it near, market, Indian restaurants and shopping mall. Downtown is just 20 mins from where through metro.
The beds could have been more comfortable.
