Hotel Zuna 56 Playa

The customer service is exceptional. The size of the room & bathroom was excellent. Very clean, amazing view from rooftop. Peaceful, well decorated. I will definitely stay here anytime I come to Playa del carmen.

Zatykająca i wylewająca się toaleta. Okropny zapach zgniłych jaj pod prysznicem który wydobywał się z rur. Obiekt przez 24h jest zamknięty na klucz więc za każdym razem ja chce się wyjść bądź wejść trzeba wołać recepcjonistę.

Brand new. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed.

All of the reviews were made prior to the Feb 1 price doubling, so they reflect a review where the price was 50% less. There is zero sound insulation and you hear everything. Roosters next door start at 3am. The shower drain smells absolutely horrible. The place is only 80% finished with paint spots on the floor, an ill-equipped kitchen, and a front door that has to be manually opened by staff. The pool is dirty and not sanitary for swimming. Overall build quality for Playa is about 6/10.
