Everything was great value for money. The staff was very helpful. The room was very smart.
By mistake I brought my card of my previous hotel in Shenzen with me and used it for my room in this hotel. It was shocking to see that card opened the room door and also turned on all lights. This was really alarming and made us feel unsafe in this hotel.

We like the hospitality of the staffs. The most appreciate is the front desk staffs during our arrival especially the staff named Xiao Deng and Xiao Qi for their and flexible arrangement checked-in. Also, the room clean environment. The hotel room air-condition system is good. The unexpected Automation (AI) system in the hotel.
The hotel lobby should provide a more descend and comfortable environment. Some Mosquitoes biting during waiting period.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The hotel was very clean, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant.
Nothing much to complain about. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room was ok, comfortable working space and comfortable bed
The hotel calls itself Beijing Pedestrian Branch but it’s about a 35 minute walk away from the shopping area so hardly just around the corner
