Very clean throughout, comfortable and spacious room. Amazing breakfast buffet. Beautiful grounds and close to metro and Beijing Road. Highly recommend.
Not a fault of the hotel, it doesn't have a bar as such, only a "tea bar". The place is very much geared towards the Chinese market which is nice and we enjoyed that aspect, however we really would've liked somewhere to sit at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine without having to leave the hotel.

The location was wonderful and the newly refurbished rooms in the Baiyun block were very well put together.
No proper cafe or bar to have a drink.

Our stay was lovely! It’s central in Guangzhou. People were extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We will come back!!!

The hotel is in a good location and on a beautiful property. The staff are attentive and helpful.
The hotel smells like cigarette smoke in the rooms and in the hallways even though they are advertised as “non-smoking”. I had to ask to change rooms because it smelled so bad like cigarettes, and the new one room they gave me was not as nice and on a lower floor but for the same price. I wouldn’t stay here again.
