    I have been staying at this hotel every time I get an opportunity to visit Guangzhou. Location is good. Hotel is refurbished from the early days I used to visit. So that’s a good surprise. They even have washing machine and dryer to wash your clothes in house without any charge. My only complain would be the breakfast. There needs to be more halal options for Muslim visitors like myself.

    1. The environment was not the best, I’ve seen more beautiful and cleaner places even in old cities in China 2. The view from the rooms and restaurants are horrible 3. The rooms are cute and nice 4. Breakfast is pretty basic 5. Bathrooms flood and drains poorly so everywhere got flooded. Later saw other reviews on flooded bathrooms online 6. There were Mosquitos in rooms 7. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. I booked this hotel based on the reviews I saw online, however it is either the people who gave these positive reviews stayed in a different hotel or their definition of good is very “interesting” I will NEVER come back here neither will I recommend it. They promised a full refund, I’m still waiting for it

    I was there for a week so the laundry room (4 washers with detergent and 4 dryers) was great. But be prepared to wait as many guests use this service. Nonetheless if you leave the laundry note (the paper slips are in the laundry room) with clear instructions, the staff can help to put it in washer and dryer once available. Staff are friendly. The restaurant 荔银 behind the hotel serves awesome affordable local food.

    At very first they refused that they dont have any agoda booking for my room. I show them the booking reference number too but they said they cant find and why I book by agoda? Then if I ask any help in term of any land mark they said they don't know. Room was very noisy you cant sleep at night there is 24 hour noise of buses and heavy traffic on road. No restaurant no food room service. In short I don't recommend this hotel.
