The support team was incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived about 1 hour and 30 minutes before the regular check‑in time, and they had kindly asked me beforehand to contact them on the day so we could see together whether an early check‑in would be possible. I fully understood that it might not be an option. I reached out on the day, and fortunately it worked out. Their response time was extremely fast, so big praise from us.The facilities were absolutely perfect. All the necessary kitchen equipment was available, and the bed was significantly better than expected, even though it’s a sofa bed. The apartment is small, but incredibly well designed, and everything feels new, neat, and very functional. As a couple, we were truly happy and satisfied with our stay — everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged.

The only thing we would have liked to be different, should we book again, is the lack of blackout curtains facing the street. There is a streetlamp right outside, and it was a bit bothersome that we couldn’t fully darken the room when we wanted to sleep.
