La vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana, quartiere pulito e abbastanza silenzioso.
Pee il periodo in cui ho soggiornato 10 17 agosto, ha fatto molto caldo e l'unico condizionatore posto tra il soggiorno e la cucina non poteva raffreddare tutto l'appartamento. La stanza che affaccia sulla strada, di notte e abbastanza rumorosa per il passaggio di auto e o moto. Io consiglierei all'host durante il periodo più caldo della anno di mettere almeno dei ventilatori nelle 3 stanze da letto, soprattutto nella stanza che affaccia sulla strada, affinché con il ventilatore acceso si possa chiudere la finestra e attutire i rumori provenienti dal passaggio di auto e altro.

Qué es súper amplio y muy bien ubicado, te dejan un montón de ubicaciones necesarias para estar por la ciudad.
Todo estaba genial, pero si tuviera que decir algo que no nos gustó, es que solamente hay un aire acondicionado instalado en el comedor y para que llegue el fresquito a todas las habitaciones hay que dormir con las puertas abiertas.

Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina. Aire sin control para hacerlo andar. Soporte de la ducha no estaba bien.
