Easy entry process using mobile phone, excellent communication from the host via WhatsApp.
Needed more than one set of keys for those who didn't want to take phones on a night out. Couple of areas of exposed wiring (at height). Minor quibbles though that didn't impact on our overall experience.

Great location, nice clean property, aircon in every room including lounge and toilet, fast response from host, self checkin, looks newly refurbished
Only downside was the balcony is rubbish as the roller doesn’t work, there was no shower soap provided but there was shampoo and conditioner, lastly the breakfast is just bread and jam with a juice, not a proper breakfast but oh well
