Beds were wide enough for four and mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Proper dining table and basic utensils available. Real fridge pre-filled with water bottles and a good-sized freezer. Space for clothes and luggage. Toilet separate from the shower and washing machine. Separate heating/cooling for both rooms. Good wifi. Wall sockets and a full-width phone/book holder integrated into the beds.

Not much protection from street noise. The surrounding area by the highway bridge is not very clean or pretty by Japanese standards, yet did not feel particularly unsafe after getting used to it. Shower temperature varied quite a lot. Not quite next to any metro station so you’ll end up walking a lot (might also be a positive).

The room is new, all stuff are new and everything comfortable.

ベットが広くて、大人4人でしたが、ゆったりと寝られました。通常のホテルだと4人同室は中々ないですが、お値段もリーズナブルでとても良かったです！

駅から少し遠いので、歩くのが大変な方はちょっと不便かも知れません。
