兩層樓，床鋪在二樓，活動空間廚房在一樓，起床時間不同也不怕吵到同伴。
每個房間都有冷暖器，連廁所跟浴室都有附小台暖氣很貼心。
洗衣機有附洗衣精，也有送暖暖包，雪中送碳很貼心。
住宿位置非常方便，走幾分鐘就到高岳站，走路10分鐘就能抵達綠洲21、中部電塔、Herbs，附近還有很超商可以買早餐，也有咖啡早餐店在附近，位置非常棒。
停車位停的下七人座，只是後方上下車要先開出來路邊。
一下交流道轉個彎就到家，開車體驗也很好。
樓上有個嬰兒房，有提供嬰兒床，其中一個房間是榻榻米房型，不怕小嬰兒滾動。有火車軌道玩具，樓上樓梯口有附柵欄可以擋住小小孩，我想也很適合有嬰兒的家庭。
室內拖鞋比較寬大，上下樓梯比較危險，不過不影響住宿體驗。
買完食材要煮火鍋的時候發現有個大鍋子底部不沾塗層已剝落，有跟屋主反映了，希望會為下個旅客更新鍋子。
如果有帶遊戲機想接電視的，要自己帶HDMI線，民宿電視沒有。我們想接Switch發現沒有線，哈哈。
